SELF-ADJUSTING BALL BEARINGS - Deep groove ball bearings

The vast majority of our self-aligning bearings are equipped with triple-lip seals - an advanced sealing system that can withstand the toughest conditions of heavy contamination, dust, moisture and abrasion. At the same time, it effectively retains the lubricant. Some of the most common uses: seed drills, tillage machines, combine harvesters, forage harvesters, bale chambers, etc.

• The internal design is the same as that of a single row deep groove ball bearing.
• Extended inner ring (on one or both sides) to provide additional shaft support.
• Mounted on the shaft with a set screw or an eccentric clamping ring.
• Cylindrical or spherical outer rings.

FLANGED CAST IRON LUMINAIRES

Pedestals (UCP) are designed to provide shaft support where the mounting surface is parallel to the shaft axis and adjustment during mounting is done through the oblong holes.

Flanged housings (UCF) have a 4 bolt mounting system and are typically used when the shaft passes through the machine at right angles.
